Responsibility and cooperation are key terms in the 21st century. ++ "Responsible Sovereignty" means members of the international community should share responsibilities, maximize the opportunities, and minimize the risks brought about by the changed international situation. ++ An enlargement of the G8 to a G13 could stimulate a fresh approach to global governance. ++ In the future, the transatlantic relationship will be absolutely crucial. ++ Russia, China, India as well as Brazil, Mexico, and South Africa must be included.
