Carl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg Fellowship Program
The Carl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg is an international continuing education program for young executives from the public sector (public administration, public companies, non-profit organizations, etc.) from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
Robert Bosch Foundation offers scholarships for participation in this program. Scholarship holders receive the opportunity to gain in-depth experience of life and work in Germany as well as forming new sustainable contacts and acquiring professional experience to improve their qualifications. They therefore contribute to cooperation between institutions relevant to European society and help to advance the European integration process.
The Carl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg offers:
- further professional qualification as a visiting fellow at German and European institutions
- an extensive range of seminars and further training
- improvement in intercultural competence
- professional and personal exchange of experiences
- professionally competent, cross-border networks which continue after the fellowship program through alumni work
- a monthly stipend of 1,380 Euro
- subsidy for spouse and children
- health, accident and liability insurance
Conditions for participation
- Bulgarian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian or Slovakian citizenship
- university degree with outstanding grades
- professional experience in the public sector (minimum 1 year at beginning of scholarship program)
- awareness of social responsibility
- motivation and ambition to spend time in Germany
- leadership qualities
- very good knowledge of German
